Event Schedule:

• 12:30 - 1:30 PM - Event setup

• 1:30 - 2:00 PM - Reception/Cocktail (half) Hour

• 2:00 - 4:00 PM - Appetizers and desserts, awards, activities, and auction

• 4:00 - 4:30 PM - Event clean up

Afternoon Highlights:

• Attire: Ugly holiday sweaters (or whatever you feel comfortable in, bring on the Holiday spirit!)

• Best Decorated Tree Contest - Prizes will be awarded!

• Annual Live Auction - We will again be hosting a live auction at the party for the most exceptional items brought

• Silent auction - Anything that doesn’t make the cut for the live auction will be a part of a hosted silent auction

• Catered appetizers with Potluck-style dessert table - Please bring your best homemade treats!

• BYO adult beverages - Alcohol is allowed, BSOP will not be serving
